 I am Jason M. Spaur, founder, CEO, and Chief Security Officer of Templar Strategic Solutions, LLC, with more than 25 years in the security and investigative industry. My experience spans private sector agencies, company police, narcotics investigations in Eastern North Carolina, and since 2016, service as a Lieutenant with Black Hawk International Security. As a working leader, I am committed to delivering professional, dependable security solutions while upholding integrity, accountability, and community trust. Outside of my work, I am a proud father of three and an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and motorcycling.

 I am Denise L. Bays, Co-Founder and President of Templar Strategic Solutions, LLC, where I bring both operational knowledge and a strong commitment to professional leadership. My background includes extensive customer service experience and over seven years of work in the private security sector since 2017. I have also served in a leadership capacity as a Corporal with Black Hawk International Security, where I gained valuable experience in personnel management, accountability, and client-focused service.

As a proud U.S. Marine Corps daughter, I was raised with the values of discipline, respect, and service—principles that guide me daily in both leadership and life. I hold a strong belief in workplace equality and strive to cultivate an environment of fairness, professionalism, and opportunity for every member of our team.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am a proud mother of two young children and one bonus daughter, balancing my dedication to family with my commitment to our company and clients. I am also an avid artist, finding creativity and expression to be essential parts of who I am. These personal passions—family, leadership, and art—inform the perspective I bring to Templar Strategic Solutions and the values I uphold as Co-Founder and President

 I am Shawn A. Jones, Jr., Co-Founder and Senior Technology Officer of Templar Strategic Solutions, LLC, where I focus on advancing the technological and operational capabilities that support our clients and team. Since 2015, I have proudly served with Black Hawk International Security, beginning as a Corporal and later earning the rank of Captain, where I developed strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to accountability, teamwork, and mission success.

I have a lifelong passion for learning, always seeking to expand my knowledge and apply it to practical solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery. In my role at Templar, I work to ensure our systems and technologies meet the highest standards of reliability and innovation.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I enjoy gardening, online gaming, and exploring homesteading as a growing interest. These pursuits keep me grounded and continue to teach me patience, problem-solving, and resilience—qualities that I carry into my leadership and technical work every day.
